About the Role

As a Venture Partner at our firm, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our investment strategy and portfolio success. This is a senior-level, fully remote position that offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the startup ecosystem. You’ll work closely with our general partners and investment committee to evaluate deal flow, conduct due diligence, and provide strategic guidance to our portfolio companies.

What You’ll Do

• Source and evaluate early-stage investment opportunities across various sectors and geographies
• Conduct thorough due diligence, including market analysis, financial modeling, and team assessments
• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to portfolio company founders
• Support deal negotiations and help structure favorable investment terms
• Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
• Contribute to investment thesis development and market research initiatives
• Help build and maintain relationships with co-investors, limited partners, and ecosystem partners

Requirements

Experience & Background

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, entrepreneurship, or corporate innovation
• Proven track record of successful investments or significant operational leadership in high-growth startups
• Strong understanding of startup ecosystems, fundraising dynamics, and venture financing structures
• Experience evaluating business models, market opportunities, and competitive landscapes
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information quickly

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range

The compensation for this role ranges from $150,000 to $250,000 USD per year, commensurate with experience and track record. In addition to competitive base compensation, Venture Partners may participate in carried interest (carry) and equity allocations based on fund performance and contributions.
