Operating fully remotely, you’ll engage with founders across time zones, leveraging digital collaboration tools to deliver insights, introductions, and operational support. Key Responsibilities

• Deal Sourcing: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of early‑stage startups through networking, industry events, online communities, and referrals.
• Due Diligence: Lead financial, market, and team analyses; prepare investment memos; and present findings to the investment committee.
• Portfolio Support: Act as a trusted advisor to portfolio companies, assisting with go‑to‑market strategy, talent acquisition, fundraising, and operational scaling.
• Thought Leadership: Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, author blog posts, and represent the firm at conferences and webinars.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate long‑term relationships with founders, co‑investors, accelerators, and ecosystem partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience in venture capital, angel investing, startup operations, or a related field (minimum 3 years).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate business models, market size, and competitive landscapes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; comfortable building trust with founders and stakeholders remotely.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fluid environment.
• Familiarity with cap tables, term sheets, and fundraising processes is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and a dedicated home office setup.

Salary & Benefits

Based on industry standards for remote venture partner roles, the estimated compensation package is:

• Base Salary: $95,000 – $130,000 USD per year
• Performance Bonus: Up to 20% of base, tied to deal sourcing and portfolio performance
