What You Will Do

Deal Sourcing and Evaluation

  • Review pitch decks, market trends, financial models, customer traction, and competitive positioning.
  • Provide investment memos, market insights, and founder assessment feedback to support decision-making.

Founder Support and Portfolio Growth

  • Work directly with portfolio founders on strategy, fundraising, hiring, partnerships, and scaling plans.
  • Help companies refine messaging, positioning, pricing, GTM motion, and investor narratives.
  • Introduce founders to potential customers, advisors, executives, investors, and strategic partners.

Market Intelligence and Thought Leadership

  • Track emerging venture trends, startup ecosystems, and technology shifts across priority sectors.
  • Represent the investment brand at virtual events, founder communities, podcasts, and industry roundtables.
  • Contribute insights that strengthen the firm’s reputation as a value-added remote venture partner.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a founder, operator, angel investor, VC associate, venture partner, advisor, or startup executive.
  • Strong understanding of early-stage investing, fundraising, startup metrics, and venture deal flow.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess market size, product-market fit, customer acquisition, revenue models, and competitive advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to advise founders clearly, directly, and constructively.
  • Deep professional network across startups, investors, operators, or industry-specific communities.

Salary Range
