Key Responsibilities

• Deal Sourcing: Proactively identify and vet high-potential investment opportunities through extensive networking and industry research.

• Portfolio Support: Act as a strategic advisor to founders, offering guidance on market entry, scaling strategies, and operational excellence.

Compensation

Salary Range: $140,000 – $220,000 USD/year + Performance-Based Carry/Equity Incentives
