Key Responsibilities

• Deal Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage with early-stage founders through your professional network, industry events, and digital ecosystems.
• Due Diligence: Lead deep-dive evaluations of potential investments, analyzing market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and founder capability.
• Portfolio Support: Act as a strategic advisor to our founders, assisting with follow-on funding rounds, talent acquisition, and go-to-market strategies.
• Market Intelligence: Synthesize complex market data into actionable investment theses to guide the fund’s long-term strategy.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the firm at global summits and within digital communities to enhance our reputation as a premier partner for founders.

Requirements

We are looking for a powerhouse professional who possesses a blend of analytical rigor and entrepreneurial intuition. The ideal candidate understands that venture capital is a relationship business driven by trust and foresight.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, startup leadership (Founder/COO/VP level), or high-growth management consulting.
• A proven track record of identifying and scaling successful technology-driven companies.
