About the Role

We’re looking for a seasoned venture professional who thrives on solving complex problems and building high‑growth ecosystems. In this fully remote position, you’ll partner with our investment team to source, evaluate, and structure deals across early‑stage to growth‑stage companies. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading due diligence, market sizing, and valuation efforts for new investment theses.
• Negotiating term sheets, partnership agreements, and exit strategies.
• Acting as a strategic advisor to portfolio founders, helping them scale operations and refine product‑market fit.
• Representing the firm at industry conferences, pitch events, and investor meet‑ups (virtual or in‑person as needed).
• Collaborating with our LP community to align investment goals and reporting metrics.

Requirements

Professional Experience

• 10+ years in venture capital, private equity, or a senior leadership role within a high‑growth startup.
• Proven track record of closing deals with a cumulative portfolio value of at least $200 million.
• Deep understanding of emerging technologies such as AI, fintech, healthtech, or sustainability.
