About the Role

We are seeking a driven and experienced Venture Partner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will identify, evaluate, and invest in high-potential startups while providing strategic guidance to portfolio companies. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating with a global network of entrepreneurs, investors, and industry experts. As a Venture Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of innovative businesses, leveraging your expertise in market analysis, investment strategy, and startup scaling.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and assess early-stage investment opportunities across emerging technologies and industries.
• Lead due diligence processes, including financial modeling, market research, and team evaluations.
• Collaborate with portfolio companies to refine business strategies, secure follow-on funding, and accelerate growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with founders, accelerators, and co-investors to expand our deal flow.
• Contribute to thought leadership through industry insights, speaking engagements, and network development.

Requirements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or startup leadership roles.
• Proven track record of successful investments or exits in high-growth companies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate financials, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, SaaS, fintech, etc.) and startup ecosystems.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

Preferred Skills

• MBA or advanced degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Experience mentoring startups or serving on advisory boards.
• Existing network within the venture capital or entrepreneurial community.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, financial modeling software, and data analytics platforms.

Salary Range

$120,000 – $180,000 USD/year + Equity Participation
