About the Role

As a Remote Truck Driver, you will serve as the critical link between our fleet and our customers. While you won’t be behind the wheel for long hauls, you will use your industry knowledge to:

  • Communicate with drivers, dispatchers, and customers via phone, email, and video chat.
  • Monitor load status, ETA updates, and any compliance requirements in real time.

  • Ensure electronic logs (ELDs) are accurate and submitted on time.
  • Prepare and audit paperwork for freight invoices, bills of lading, and customs forms when required.

Problem Solving & Customer Service

  • Address driver‑reported incidents (breakdowns, accidents, weather impacts) and coordinate assistance.
  • Provide courteous, solution‑focused communication to shippers and consignees.

Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record (minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience).
  • Proven knowledge of DOT regulations, HOS rules, and freight handling best practices.
  • High‑speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload) and a quiet home office space.
  • Comfortable using Windows/macOS, Google Workspace, and transportation management software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary with performance‑based bonuses.
