What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in travel consultancy, hospitality, or high-volume customer service; formal travel agent certification is a strong plus.
• Hands-on familiarity with booking platforms such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Travelport, or a demonstrated ability to learn complex systems rapidly.

Salary Range & Compensation

We offer a competitive base salary ranging from $45,000 to $68,000 USD per year, depending on your background and established client portfolio. Beyond your guaranteed base, you will be eligible for uncapped performance bonuses and attractive commissions tied directly to net sales. Top-performing advisers regularly exceed combined earnings of $80,000 to $95,000 annually by leveraging our warm lead pipeline, repeat-client network, and comprehensive administrative support.
