About the Role

In this role, you act as the trusted travel consultant for individuals, families, and corporate clients seeking bespoke journeys. You’ll leverage industry knowledge, supplier relationships, and cutting‑edge booking tools to design trips that match each client’s interests, budget, and timeline. Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation

Conduct in‑depth discovery calls and video meetings to understand travel preferences, special requirements, and dream destinations. Translate those insights into clear briefs that guide the planning process.

Itinerary Design

Research destinations, accommodations, activities, and transportation options. Build detailed day‑by‑day itineraries that include unique experiences, local insights, and contingency plans.

Supplier Relations

Maintain strong partnerships with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and cruise lines. Negotiate rates, secure value‑added amenities, and stay updated on promotions and policy changes.

Sales & Follow‑Up

Present proposals, handle objections, and close bookings. Provide ongoing support before, during, and after trips, ensuring satisfaction and encouraging repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a travel consultant, agent, or adviser (leisure, corporate, or specialty niche).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering high client satisfaction scores.
• Strong destination knowledge, with familiarity in at least three major regions (e.g., Europe, Asia, Americas).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.

Technical Setup
