About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Conduct needs‑analysis calls to uncover travel desires, budget constraints, and timing.
Research and curate customized travel packages, including flights, hotels, excursions, and travel protection.
Provide expert advice on destinations, travel trends, visa requirements, and safety guidelines.
Process bookings through our proprietary travel platform and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, reservations, and commissions in our CRM.
Stay current with industry certifications, supplier promotions, and emerging travel technologies.
Requirements
Qualifications
Minimum 1‑year experience in travel sales, customer service, or a related hospitality role.
Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations, preferably with firsthand travel experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
Proficiency with CRM software, GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, or Travelport), and standard office applications.
Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple client files simultaneously.
Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
Preferred
Certified Travel Associate (CTA) or similar industry credential.
Experience selling cruise, luxury, or adventure travel packages.
Fluency in a second language (Spanish, French, or Mandarin) is a plus.
