About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive travel consulting services to individual and corporate clients, including destination selection, accommodation recommendations, flight and ground transport options, and activity planning.
• Conduct thorough research on new destinations, hotels, airlines, and travel experiences to keep your knowledge base current and competitive.
• Manage the entire travel lifecycle—from initial client consultation through booking confirmation and post‑trip follow‑up—to ensure a seamless experience.
• Utilize travel management platforms and CRM systems to track client preferences, update itineraries, and generate accurate quotes.
• Identify upsell opportunities such as travel insurance, upgrades, and exclusive experiences, driving revenue while enhancing client value.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback, contributing to continuous service improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in travel advising, travel agency management, or related hospitality consulting.
• Strong knowledge of global destinations, airlines, hotels, and travel trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Proficiency with travel booking platforms (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus) and CRM software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Fluent English; bilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin) are a plus.

Salary Range
