About the Role

What You’ll Do

Design & Plan

Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and desired experiences. Create personalized travel itineraries that balance adventure, relaxation, and cultural immersion.

Book & Manage

Handle all aspects of travel booking, including flights, accommodation, transportation, tours, and travel insurance. Ensure all reservations are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with client needs.

Provide Expert Advice

Stay ahead of industry trends, destination knowledge, and travel advisories. Offer insider tips and recommendations on hidden gems, dining, and must-see attractions.

Deliver Exceptional Service

Assist clients with pre-trip preparations, provide real-time support during travel, and resolve any issues that arise with professionalism and speed. Build a loyal client base through outstanding follow-up and personalized care.

Requirements

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Travel Adviser, Travel Consultant, or in a similar role within the travel industry.
• Destination Knowledge: Strong familiarity with domestic and international destinations, especially the Caribbean, Europe, and emerging hotspots.
• Booking Systems: Proficiency with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Sabre, Amadeus, or Travelport is highly preferred.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a persuasive, customer-centric approach.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, online booking platforms, and virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Teams).

Salary Range
