Join a fast‑growing SaaS company as a Remote Territory Manager and own the full sales cycle for a high‑potential region, all while working from the comfort of your home office. We empower you with cutting‑edge tools, a collaborative virtual team, and a clear path to exceed revenue targets.

About the Role

As a Remote Territory Manager, you will be the primary driver of new business acquisition and account expansion across your assigned territory. You’ll leverage data‑driven prospecting, consultative selling, and strategic account planning to build a robust pipeline and close deals that align with our customers’ digital transformation goals. This position offers full autonomy, a results‑oriented culture, and the flexibility to structure your day for maximum productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Territory Planning & Execution

Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan that identifies high‑value prospects, prioritizes outreach, and sets measurable quarterly objectives.

Full‑Cycle Sales

Manage the entire sales process — from lead generation and qualification to product demos, proposal creation, negotiation, and contract closure.

Relationship Building

Establish trusted advisor relationships with C‑level executives, IT directors, and procurement leaders to uncover pain points and position our platform as the strategic solution.

Pipeline Management

Maintain an accurate, up‑to‑date CRM pipeline, forecast revenue with precision, and provide weekly insights to sales leadership.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Partner with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align go‑to‑market initiatives, share field feedback, and accelerate deal velocity.

Requirements

Experience

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS or technology sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a remote or field capacity.
  • History of managing a defined territory or vertical, preferably within the Midwest or Southwest markets.

Skills & Competencies

  • Expertise in consultative selling methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN).
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools (Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret market data, competitor intelligence, and pipeline metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders via video conference.
  • Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of thriving in a fully distributed team environment.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Salary Range

$70,000 – $95,000 USD/year (base + uncapped commission, with on‑target earnings potential of $120,000+).

Benefits

Health & Wellness

Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans; mental‑health stipend; and access to a virtual wellness platform.

Financial Growth

Competitive base salary, uncapped commission, quarterly performance bonuses, and a 401(k) match up to 4%.

Professional Development

Annual learning budget ($2,500), access to industry certifications, and a structured mentorship program with senior sales leaders.

Work‑Life Flexibility

Fully remote schedule, flexible core hours, generous PTO (15 days + holidays), and a home‑office stipend of $1,200 per year.

Company Culture

Our culture is built on transparency, continuous learning, and customer obsession. Weekly virtual stand‑ups, monthly “wins” celebrations, and quarterly off‑site retreats keep the team connected and aligned. We value diverse perspectives and actively invest in an inclusive environment where every voice drives innovation.

How to Succeed in This Role

Top performers treat their territory like a mini‑business: they set aggressive yet realistic goals, rigorously qualify opportunities, and iterate their outreach based on real‑time data. They leverage the collective intelligence of the sales organization, share best practices openly, and maintain a relentless focus on delivering measurable ROI for every client. If you thrive on autonomy, love solving complex business challenges, and want to see your direct impact on revenue growth, this is the role for you.
