Salary Range

$60,000 – $85,000 USD/year + Commission + Performance Bonuses

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Remote Territory Manager to oversee and develop our market presence in designated regions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets in your assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and business reviews
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product alignment
• Train and mentor junior sales representatives as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or territory management
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in CRM software
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional regional travel
