About the Role

As a Remote Surveyor for TopoTech Survey Solutions, you will be the primary point of contact for client‑driven land‑boundary, topographic, and construction layout surveys. You’ll utilize state‑of‑the‑art total stations, GNSS receivers, and drone‑based mapping systems to collect precise data, then process and analyze it using industry‑standard software such as AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and Trimble Business Center. Core Responsibilities

• Conduct field data collection using GNSS, total stations, and aerial drones; process raw observations into accurate coordinate sets.
• Prepare detailed survey reports, sketches, and CAD drawings that support construction staking and site planning.
• Integrate survey data with GIS platforms to produce maps, contour models, and 3D visualizations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including civil engineers, architects, and environmental consultants—through virtual meetings and shared project hubs.

Requirements
