About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Core Duties

Conduct field surveys using GPS, total stations, and drone‑based LiDAR systems to gather topographic and boundary data.

Process and analyze survey data in CAD, GIS, and specialized mapping software to produce accurate plats, plans, and 3D models.

Prepare comprehensive field reports, technical drawings, and presentation packages for clients and internal stakeholders.

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve site‑specific challenges and verify measurement consistency.

Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements, including land‑use permits and environmental statutes.

Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.

Minimum of 3‑5 years of professional surveying experience, preferably in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.

Proficiency with industry‑standard tools such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS, Trimble Business Center, and drone mapping platforms.
