Requirements

Technical Skills & Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics, Surveying Engineering, or a closely related field.

• Strong understanding of coordinate systems, projections, and spatial datums.
• Expertise in interpreting legal descriptions, deeds, and plat maps.
• Experience with remote sensing data processing, such as LiDAR or drone-based imagery.
• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license is a significant advantage but not strictly required for all levels.
