About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions via secure telehealth platforms
• Develop, implement, and update personalized treatment plans for clients with substance use disorders
• Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments and clinical intake interviews
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Crisis intervention and de-escalation when needed during remote sessions

Requirements

Education & Licensure

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
• Active state license as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent clinical credential (or eligible for licensure)
• Minimum of 2 years of post-master’s clinical experience, preferably in addiction or substance abuse settings

Skills & Competencies
