About the Role

What You’ll Do

You will manage a full caseload of clients via our secure telehealth platform, conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing ongoing individual and group therapy. Your day-to-day will involve using evidence-based modalities like CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Relapse Prevention to guide clients through their recovery journey. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of medical professionals and case managers, all while maintaining meticulous clinical documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent in your state of residence.
• Minimum 2 years of post-licensure experience providing direct clinical substance use disorder or co-occurring disorder treatment.
• Proven experience and comfort with telehealth/virtual therapy delivery.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and strong technical literacy.
• Expert knowledge of the DSM-5, ASAM criteria, and addiction treatment best practices.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and crisis management skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with specific populations (e.g., adolescents, veterans, LGBTQ+).
• Certifications such as Certified Addiction Counselor (CAC) or similar.
• Training in Trauma-Informed Care (TIC) or EMDR.
• Previous work in a fast-paced, growing telehealth organization.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $48,000 – $68,000 USD/year, commensurate with your license type, years of experience, and caseload. Full-time positions are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
