Salary Range

$62,000 – $88,000 USD/year (Depending on experience and licensure level)

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Excellence

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to determine the appropriate level of care.
• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions focused on relapse prevention and coping strategies.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and timelines.
• Monitor client progress and adjust clinical interventions based on real-time outcomes.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain meticulous, timely electronic health records (EHR) in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines to maintain absolute client confidentiality.
• Coordinate care with primary physicians, psychiatrists, and family members to ensure a holistic recovery approach.

Requirements

Education & Licensure

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field.
• Active licensure as an LAC, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent certification valid in the state of Texas.
• Proven experience working specifically with substance use disorders (SUD).
