In this role, you will leverage modern tele-health technology to provide comprehensive addiction counseling, crisis intervention, and relapse prevention strategies to individuals struggling with chemical dependency.

You will manage a diverse caseload, conducting one-on-one sessions and group therapy via secure video conferencing. Your goal is to empower clients to reclaim their lives by developing personalized treatment plans that address the root causes of addiction while providing the emotional support necessary for long-term sobriety. Because this is a remote position, you have the flexibility to design a workspace that fosters the focus and empathy required for this critical work.

Salary Range

$55,000 – $82,000 USD/year (Depending on licensure level and experience)

Key Responsibilities

To ensure the highest quality of care, your daily operations will include:

• Conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to determine the level of care and specific needs of each client.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
• Facilitating virtual group therapy sessions focused on coping mechanisms and sobriety maintenance.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and case managers to ensure a holistic approach to recovery.
• Maintaining meticulous, HIPAA-compliant electronic health records (EHR) to track client progress and outcomes.
• Providing immediate crisis intervention and stabilization for clients experiencing acute distress.

Requirements

We are looking for a dedicated professional who possesses the perfect blend of clinical expertise and digital fluency. To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

Clinical Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field.
• Valid licensure to practice in the state of Florida (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, or CAP).
• Proven experience in addiction treatment, specifically working with opioid, alcohol, or stimulant dependency.
• Deep understanding of the ASAM criteria for placement and treatment planning.
