About the Role

In this fully remote position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for individuals struggling with substance use disorders. Your mission is to assess client needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide consistent therapeutic interventions. You will conduct virtual sessions, manage caseloads with integrity, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments via video and phone to determine the level of care required.
• Design and implement individualized counseling strategies aligned with evidence-based practices such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and 12-Step facilitation.
• Lead group therapy sessions remotely, fostering a safe space for peer support and accountability.
• Monitor client progress through regular check-ins and adjust treatment plans as needed to prevent relapse.
• Document all clinical interactions accurately in our electronic health records system to maintain compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
• Coordinate care with physicians, social workers, and family members to create a seamless support network for the client.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who brings both clinical competence and genuine warmth to this virtual setting. You must hold a valid license or certification as a Substance Abuse Counselor, LMHC, LPC, or equivalent in your state of residence. Prior experience in addiction recovery is preferred, though new graduates with a strong internship background are encouraged to apply. What We Are Looking For

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active licensure in your state of residence (e.g., CAC, LADC, LPC).
