What You Will Do

Clinical Excellence

You will facilitate high-impact therapy sessions using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Your goal is to help clients identify triggers, develop healthy coping mechanisms, and maintain long-term sobriety.

Case Management & Documentation

Maintaining precise, HIPAA-compliant electronic health records (EHR) is a core part of this role. You will track client progress, adjust treatment goals in real-time, and coordinate with external healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to recovery.

Crisis Intervention

Requirements
