About the Role

Coastal Distribution Solutions is expanding its e‑commerce fulfillment network and is seeking a meticulous Stocker and Order Filler to join our remote workforce. In this position you will be the backbone of our inventory flow, ensuring that products are received, stored, and dispatched with precision. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, leverage advanced warehouse management tools, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming shipments, verify quantities, and reconcile discrepancies with purchase orders.
• Pick, pack, and label items for outbound delivery while maintaining strict accuracy standards.</

Update inventory records in real time using our proprietary WMS platform.

Optimize storage layouts and implement best practices for product handling.

Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment in accordance with OSHA regulations.

Participate in daily huddles and weekly performance reviews to identify process improvements.

Requirements

Applicants must hold a high school diploma or equivalent and have at least two years of experience in inventory control, order processing, or a related logistics role. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with warehouse management software (e.g., Manhattan Associates or SAP EWM) are essential. Strong communication skills, a self‑motivated work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fully remote, self‑managed setting are critical for success.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in supply chain fundamentals (e.g., APICS CPIM or CSCP).
• Hands‑on experience with barcode scanners, RFID systems, or automated picking technologies.

Compensation & Benefits
