About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team. In this vital role, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based speech-language therapy services to clients across the country via secure teletherapy platforms. Your primary focus will be on assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication disorders (including articulation, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing) and related issues in pediatric and/or adult populations. You will work collaboratively with clients, families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans and empower individuals to achieve their communication goals.

Requirements

**Education:** Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

**Licensure:** Current and valid state SLP license (or eligibility for licensure in the client’s state of residence).

**Experience:** Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in teletherapy or related settings.

**Technical Proficiency:** Expertise in using secure teletherapy platforms (e.g., Zoom for Healthcare, Webex, specialized teletherapy software) and standard computer systems.

**Clinical Skills:** Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive assessments, develop effective treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions for a wide range of communication disorders.

**Soft Skills:** Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, patience, and strong communication abilities (both verbal and written). Ability to build rapport with clients and families remotely.
