We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team. As a fully remote professional, you will have the flexibility to schedule sessions around your life while making a profound difference in the lives of children and adults struggling with communication and swallowing disorders. If you are looking for autonomy, purpose, and a modern healthcare environment, this is your next career move.

Salary Range

$60,000 – $85,000 USD/year

Based on experience and caseload. Competitive pay with quarterly performance bonuses.

About the Role

As a Remote Speech-Language Pathologist, you are the bridge between silence and expression. In this fully virtual position, you will diagnose, treat, and help prevent speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages. Your work will be conducted entirely via telehealth platforms, allowing you to build meaningful relationships with clients across the country without the constraints of a physical clinic. This role is ideal for the SLP who thrives on independence and wants to prioritize patient outcomes over commute time.

Our platform connects you with a diverse caseload, ranging from pediatric cases involving articulation delays to adult neurogenic disorders resulting from stroke or traumatic brain injury. You will be responsible for managing your own schedule, maintaining high clinical standards, and ensuring that every patient feels heard and supported during their virtual sessions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate speech, language, and swallowing skills using standardized testing protocols.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient goals and family dynamics.
  • Provide direct therapy sessions via secure video conferencing software, engaging patients with interactive activities.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and physicians to ensure continuity of care and discharge planning.
  • Document progress and maintain accurate clinical records in our electronic health system (EHR).
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust goals.
  • Stay current with the latest research in speech-language pathology to enhance clinical practice.

Requirements

Education & Certification

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is required.
  • Active state license (or ability to obtain telepractice authorization) is mandatory.

Experience

  • 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred, but new graduates with strong internships are encouraged to apply.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with telehealth technology and remote assessment tools is essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to navigate virtual environments.

Benefits

Joining our remote team comes with a suite of benefits designed to support your well-being and professional growth:

  • Full Remote Flexibility: Work from anywhere in the US with reliable internet and a private space.
  • Schedule Autonomy: Choose your hours to fit your lifestyle, avoiding the burnout of rigid 9-to-5 shifts.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance starting on day one.
  • Professional Development: Annual stipend for continuing education credits to maintain your CCC-SLP.
  • Equipment Provided: We supply the headset, webcam, and software licenses so you can start immediately.
  • Paid Time Off: Generous PTO policy to ensure you recharge and avoid compassion fatigue.

Why This Opportunity Matters

The demand for qualified SLPs has never been higher. By joining our team, you aren’t just filling a vacancy; you are empowering individuals to reclaim their voice. Whether you are helping a stroke survivor regain the ability to swallow safely or assisting a child with autism to form their first words, your work has a ripple effect that extends far beyond the screen. This position allows you to focus entirely on clinical excellence without the distractions of a traditional office environment.

Join Our Team

If you are ready to take control of your career and impact lives remotely, we would love to hear from you. This role is perfect for the independent professional who values high-quality patient care and modern work practices. We believe that great therapy doesn’t require a physical office, just a dedicated clinician and a stable internet connection.
