About the Role

As a Remote Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll deliver virtual therapy sessions to clients of all ages, focusing on speech, language, swallowing, and communication disorders. You’ll collaborate with families, educators, and medical professionals to design personalized treatment plans and track progress through digital platforms. This role offers the freedom to work from home while making a meaningful impact on lives nationwide.

Salary Range

$45,000 – $65,000 USD/year, commensurate with experience and certification. Additional bonuses available for bilingual SLPs and telehealth specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy plans via telehealth platforms.
• Provide virtual sessions to children and adults with speech, language, voice, and fluency challenges.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and physicians to monitor client progress and adjust interventions.
• Document session notes, treatment outcomes, and progress reports in secure electronic health records (EHR).
• Participate in team consultations and continuing education opportunities to enhance clinical expertise.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Current certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) or eligibility to obtain certification.
• Active license in your state (or willingness to obtain multistate licensure).
• Experience with telehealth platforms and digital assessment tools preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish/English or other languages is a plus.
