About the Role

Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Remote Speech-Language Pathologist to join our innovative telehealth platform. As a key member of our clinical team, you’ll provide high-quality assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders through secure virtual sessions.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify communication disorders, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver engaging teletherapy sessions to clients of various ages, maintain accurate clinical documentation, collaborate with families and educational teams, and stay current with evidence-based practices in the field.

Requirements

Education and Certification

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current state licensure as an SLP, and ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP). Candidates must be eligible for licensure in the state(s) where they will be providing services.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with pediatric or adult populations, depending on specialization preference. Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy delivery is highly preferred, though comprehensive training will be provided.

Technical Skills

Proficiency with computer technology, reliable high-speed internet connection, quiet home office environment, and ability to use our proprietary teletherapy platform. Strong communication skills for virtual interactions and comfort adapting therapeutic techniques to an online format.
