Salary Range: $85,000 – $120,000 USD/year

About the Role

As a Remote Software Developer, you will be responsible for developing new features, improving existing codebases, and ensuring high performance and reliability of our services. You’ll participate in agile sprints, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor junior developers while enjoying the flexibility of a fully remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy robust backend and frontend components using modern technologies.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and uphold coding standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues promptly.
• Collaborate with product, UX/UI, and DevOps teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the tech stack.

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in one or more languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or Go.
• Experience with modern frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, Node.js, Django, Spring, etc.).
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Experience with version control (Git), containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks and CI/CD practices.

Professional Experience

• Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience.
• Proven track record of delivering production‑grade features on schedule.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working in distributed teams.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to manage time effectively in a remote setting.
