We are looking for a passionate Software Developer to join our fully remote team, contributing to innovative products that impact users worldwide. In this role, you’ll design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions while collaborating with cross‑functional engineers, designers, and product managers. Enjoy the flexibility of working from anywhere while growing your career in a supportive, high‑impact environment.

Salary Range

$85,000 – $120,000 USD per year, commensurate with experience.

About the Role

As a Software Developer, you will be at the heart of our product engineering squad, turning ideas into reliable, high‑performance code. You’ll participate in the full software development lifecycle—from gathering requirements and architecting solutions to writing clean, testable code and deploying to production. Our tech stack includes modern languages and frameworks such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, and Python, but we value problem‑solving ability over specific tooling. You’ll work closely with product managers to translate user stories into technical tasks, engage in code reviews that raise the bar for quality, and contribute to our continuous integration and delivery pipelines. This position offers the autonomy to experiment with new technologies while maintaining a strong focus on delivering value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services and frontend features using best‑in‑class practices.
  • Write unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests to ensure reliability and facilitate safe refactoring.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive, accessible interfaces.
  • Mentor junior developers and share knowledge through tech talks and documentation.
  • Help improve our DevOps workflows, including CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and alerting.

Tech Stack

We leverage a modern, cloud‑native stack to build scalable applications. Our primary languages include JavaScript/TypeScript for frontend and Node.js for backend services, complemented by Python for data‑heavy tasks. We rely on React and Redux for interactive UI, Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration, and AWS for cloud infrastructure. Continuous integration is powered by GitHub Actions, with monitoring via Datadog and logging through ELK.

  • Frontend: React, Redux, TypeScript
  • Backend: Node.js, Express, Python (FastAPI)
  • Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis
  • DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform
  • CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Helm

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 2+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or Go).
  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team‑first mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying aligned with team goals.

Benefits & Perks

  • Fully remote work – work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection.
  • Competitive salary plus annual performance bonuses.
  • Generous paid time off and company holidays.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance plans.
  • Retirement savings plan with company match.
  • Learning and development stipend for courses, conferences, and certifications.
  • Home office setup allowance.
  • Wellness programs, including mental health resources and fitness subsidies.
  • Regular virtual team‑building events and occasional in‑person meetups (when feasible).

If you’re excited about building impactful software, thrive in a collaborative remote environment, and want to grow alongside a passionate team, we’d love to hear from you. Join us and help shape the future of technology—no commute required.
