About the Role

As a Remote Shift Manager at GlobalTech Solutions, you’ll own the day‑to‑day operations of our customer support and logistics divisions. Your primary mission is to ensure that every shift runs smoothly, our team stays motivated, and our service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met. You’ll work closely with the Executive Operations Team and report to the Chief Operations Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Shift Scheduling & Staffing: Build and maintain dynamic shift rosters that align with demand forecasts and employee availability, using our cloud‑based scheduling platform.
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs such as average handle time, ticket resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores; provide real‑time feedback and coaching.
• Issue Escalation: Diagnose operational bottlenecks and implementiny corrective actions; act as the first point of escalation for any critical incidents.
• Team Leadership: Conduct virtual huddles, performance reviews, and training sessions; foster a culture of continuous improvement and high morale.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce wasteэгдэх, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in a call center, retail, or logistics environment.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and meeting/exceeding KPIs.
• Strong familiarityస్ట్ with remote workforce tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Asana, and JIRA).
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
