Responsibilities

Key Duties

Oversee daily shift operations and ensure all team members are performing their duties effectively. Monitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and recognition to drive results. Manage scheduling and ensure adequate coverage during your shift, implementing company policies and procedures consistently. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates and provide guidance, identifying and addressing operational challenges proactively. Maintain accurate records of shift activities and performance metrics, supporting the training and development of team members to foster continuous improvement.

Requirements

Qualifications

Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in customer service or operations. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate remote teams effectively. Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with remote collaboration tools and technology, including video conferencing, project management software, and communication platforms. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field preferred, with experience in a remote work environment being a plus. Salary Range

Compensation Package

Salary Range: $45,000 – $65,000 USD/year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional performance-based bonuses and incentives may be available based on team performance metrics and operational excellence.
