About the Role

Are you a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment? As a Remote Shift Manager at StellarOps, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, coordinating teams across different time zones, managing schedules, and resolving real-time challenges. You will report directly to the Operations Director and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow. This position is ideal for someone who can maintain high energy and clear communication while working autonomously.

Your Day-to-Day

• Supervise and motivate remote team members across multiple shifts.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide real-time feedback.
• Create and adjust shift schedules using workforce management tools.
• Handle escalations and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Conduct virtual huddles and handoff meetings to maintain alignment.
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices.

Salary Range

Based on industry standards for fully remote shift management roles, the estimated compensation is $50,000 – $70,000 USD per year, depending on experience and location. We also offer performance bonuses and periodic salary reviews.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in shift management, team lead, or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to manage remote teams and drive results without direct oversight.
• Strong proficiency with communication tools (Slack, Zoom, MS Teams) and scheduling software (When I Work, Deputy, or similar).
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home office space.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Flexible to work occasional evenings or weekends to cover shift gaps.
• Experience in customer service, logistics, or tech support industries.
