About the Role

As a Remote Shift Manager at Elite Hospitality Group, you will oversee daily operations of multiple high‑volume pagsusug‑ed restaurants and hotels, ensuring that every shift runs smoothly and guests receive the exceptional service they expect. Leveraging a cloud‑based management platform, you will coordinate staff schedules, monitor performance metrics, and troubleshoot issues in real time—all while maintaining a clear line of communication with on‑site supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a virtual team of 15‑25 staff members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Analyze shift‑by‑shift performance data to identify trends, optimize staffing levels, and drive revenue growth.
• Implement and uphold company policies, safety standards, and quality benchmarks across all locations.
• Collaborate with regional managers to execute promotional campaigns, seasonal menus, and special events.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty.
• Maintain accurate logs of labor costs, inventory usage, and overtime to support budgeting and forecasting.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in shift management or supervisory roles within the hospitality sector.
• Proficiency with cloud‑based POS and workforce management systems (e.g., Toast, Upserve, or similar).
• Strong analytical skills, with a proven track record of using data to improve operational efficiency.

Compensationahan
