About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Remote Shift Manager to supervise daily warehouse coordination, manage team schedules, and ensure seamless order processing across multiple shifts — all remotely through our proprietary operations dashboard.

In this role, you’ll serve as the critical link between frontline warehouse associates, operations leads, and senior management. You’ll monitor real-time KPIs, resolve escalations, conduct virtual team briefings, and ensure that every shift meets or exceeds performance and quality benchmarks. This is a fully remote, full-time position designed for professionals who want leadership responsibility without the confines of a physical workplace.

What You’ll Do

Shift Oversight & Team Leadership

Manage and motivate teams of 15–30 associates across rotating shifts. Conduct daily virtual stand-ups, assign tasks, monitor attendance, and ensure 100% shift coverage.

Operations Monitoring

Track real-time fulfillment metrics, order accuracy rates, and throughput using our cloud-based operations platform. Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions immediately.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

Enforce safety protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality control standards. Conduct remote audits and document performance for continuous improvement.

Communication & Reporting

Prepare and deliver shift reports to senior leadership. Serve as the primary escalation point for any issues that arise during your shift window.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or shift lead role, preferably in logistics, warehousing, e-commerce, or customer operations.
• Proven ability to manage remote or hybrid teams with strong accountability and communication skills.
• Proficiency with digital tools including WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), Google Workspace, Slack, and video conferencing platforms.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is a plus.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office workspace.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
