Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Oversight

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring all technical specifications and regulatory compliance standards are met.
• Perform deep-dive technical reviews of engineering drawings, schematics, and project documentation to mitigate risk.

Strategic Project Management

• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scopes, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Implement Agile or Waterfall methodologies to optimize delivery timelines and reduce operational bottlenecks.
• Manage remote vendor relationships and procurement processes to ensure high-quality material delivery and service.

Mentorship & Quality Assurance

• Provide high-level technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers to foster professional growth.
• Establish and enforce rigorous QA/QC protocols to ensure zero-defect delivery.
• Lead virtual design reviews and technical synchronization meetings across multiple time zones.

Requirements

Professional Experience

• A minimum of 7-10 years of proven experience in project engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity.

• Proven track record of managing projects with budgets exceeding $2M.
