About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, resource plans, and risk registers for projects valued up to $50 M.

• Monitor project performance against KPIs, implement corrective actions, and report status to senior leadership weekly.
• Mentor 2–4 junior engineers, conduct design reviews, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local codes (e.g., ASCE, AISC, IBC) and client‑specific standards.
• Manage change orders, negotiate scope adjustments, and protect margin through proactive cost control.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering (PE license preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of progressive project engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior/lead capacity.
• Proven track record delivering complex infrastructure projects (transportation, water resources, or commercial facilities).

Salary Range
