About the Role

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will own the end‑to‑end development of electrical systems, from concept and schematic capture to PCB layout, testing, and production support. You will mentor junior engineers, drive design reviews, and ensure compliance with industry standards such as IPC, UL, and IEC. Your expertise will directly influence product performance, reliability, and time‑to‑market for high‑volume consumer and industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of analog, digital, and mixed‑signal circuits for complex electronic products.
• Create detailed schematics, perform SPICE simulations, and oversee PCB layout using Altium Designer or Cadence Allegro.
• Conduct design verification and validation, including signal integrity, power analysis, and EMI/EMC testing.
• Collaborate with mechanical, firmware, and manufacturing teams to resolve cross‑disciplinary challenges.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and participate in hiring and onboarding activities.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to design processes and toolchains.

Requirements

Must‑Have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of hands‑on experience in electrical design for consumer electronics, telecommunications, or industrial equipment.
• Proficiency with schematic capture and PCB layout tools (Altium, Cadence, KiCad, or similar).
• Strong understanding of analog circuit design, power management, high‑speed digital interfaces, and RF fundamentals.
• Experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and power supplies.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
