Key Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and optimize electrical schematics and PCB layouts for next‑generation energy storage and transmission solutions.
• Lead technical reviews, perform risk assessments, and ensure compliance with IEEE and IEC standards.
• Collaborate with R&D, software, and systems engineering teams to integrate hardware and firmware components.
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to a team of 5‑7 engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Prepare technical documentation, test plans, and certification reports for regulatory submission.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field, with at least 7 years of progressive experience in power systems design. Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink, PSpice, and ETAP is essential, as is hands‑on experience with high‑voltage components and renewable energy technologies such as solar inverters and battery management systems. Strong problem‑solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget are mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Electrical Engineering or Energy Systems.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in the United States or equivalent international certification.
• Experience with emerging technologies like solid‑state batteries, microgrids, and smart grid solutions.

Compensation
