About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive safety training programs for remote and in-person employees.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local safety regulations.
• Generate detailed safety reports and present findings to executive leadership.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in safety management, preferably in a remote or hybrid workplace.
• Certification in Safety Management (e.g., CSP, CIH) is preferred but not required.

Skills & Competencies

• Expertise in risk assessment, incident investigation, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for virtual collaboration.
• Proficiency with safety management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
