About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Safety Manager to join our dedicated team. Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage company-wide safety policies, procedures, and programs aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments across all operational sites to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.

Investigate workplace incidents, near misses, and accidents to determine root causes and implement preventative measures.

Develop and deliver engaging safety training programs for employees at all levels, focusing on hazard recognition, emergency preparedness, and regulatory compliance.

Collaborate with management and employees to foster a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to safety performance, incidents, training, and regulatory compliance.

Provide expert guidance and support to regional safety managers and site supervisors.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in safety management, with a proven track record in developing and implementing effective safety programs.

Demonstrated expertise in OSHA standards, EPA regulations, and other relevant federal, state, and local safety and environmental regulations.

Strong background in conducting safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
*

Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
*

Proficiency in safety management software and reporting tools.
*

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
*

Current certification (e.g., CSP, CHST, OHST, CET) is highly desirable.
