About the Role

As a Remote Safety Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing safety programs across our organization. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, conducting risk assessments, and fostering a culture where safety is everyone’s responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive safety policies and procedures
• Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and risk assessments
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes
• Provide safety training to employees across all departments
• Stay current with industry safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Prepare and maintain safety documentation and reports
• Collaborate with leadership to integrate safety into business operations
• Lead safety committees and promote employee engagement in safety initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
• CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or similar certification preferred
• 5+ years of experience in safety management
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry standards
• Experience developing and implementing safety programs
• Excellent communication and training skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Salary Range

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 – $95,000 USD/year, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and industry standards. Additional performance-based bonuses may be available.
