Key Responsibilities

Strategic Safety Leadership

You will design, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive safety management systems tailored to each client’s unique operational environment. This includes developing robust policies, conducting detailed risk assessments, and establishing leading and lagging indicator metrics to track performance and drive proactive interventions.

Virtual Audits & Investigations

Leveraging technology for virtual site assessments and audits, you will evaluate compliance with OSHA, ISO 45001, and industry-specific standards. You will lead root cause analyses for any recordable incidents, formulating corrective action plans that address systemic issues rather than symptoms.

Training & Culture Development

Create and deliver engaging virtual training modules for all organizational levels, from frontline workers to C-suite executives. You will partner with client leadership to embed a powerful safety culture through communication strategies, recognition programs, and safety committee facilitation.

Regulatory Mastery & Reporting

Maintain an expert-level understanding of evolving federal and state regulations. You will manage all incident reporting, regulatory submissions, and prepare clear, compelling safety performance reports for client stakeholders, translating data into actionable business insights.

What You Bring (Requirements)

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in a safety management role within industrial or high-hazard industries.
  • Professional certification is a strong plus (CSP, CIH, ASP, OHST).
  • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and safety management software (e.g., Enablon, Intelex).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for virtual presentations and report writing.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple client accounts, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience consulting or working with multiple client sites simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with virtual audit technologies (drones, 360° cameras, digital checklists).
  • Background in a unionized environment.
  • Demonstrated success in reducing TRIR/DAFWII rates in previous roles.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $85,000 – $115,000 USD annually, commensurate with your experience, certifications, and proven track record. Your total compensation package includes:
