Key Responsibilities
Strategic Oversight & Compliance
- Develop and implement comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies that align with OSHA and state-specific regulations.
- Conduct virtual safety audits and review field reports to identify potential hazards before they become incidents.
- Lead the investigation of all reported accidents, performing root-cause analysis via digital evidence and remote interviews.
Training & Culture Building
- Design and deliver engaging, remote safety training modules and webinars for a diverse workforce.
- Foster a “Safety First” culture by implementing incentive programs that reward proactive hazard identification.
- Collaborate with department heads to integrate safety protocols into daily operational workflows without sacrificing efficiency.
Reporting & Analytics

Requirements
Professional Experience
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in occupational health and safety management, preferably in industrial or construction sectors.
- Proven track record of reducing Total Recordable Incident Rates (TRIR) in previous roles.

Certifications & Education
