You will be responsible for developing scalable safety frameworks, conducting virtual training sessions, and analyzing incident data to prevent future risks. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Oversight & Compliance

• Develop and implement comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies that align with OSHA and state-specific regulations.
• Conduct virtual safety audits and review field reports to identify potential hazards before they become incidents.
• Lead the investigation of all reported accidents, performing root-cause analysis via digital evidence and remote interviews.

Training & Culture Building

• Design and deliver engaging, remote safety training modules and webinars for a diverse workforce.
• Foster a “Safety First” culture by implementing incentive programs that reward proactive hazard identification.
• Collaborate with department heads to integrate safety protocols into daily operational workflows without sacrificing efficiency.

Reporting & Analytics

• Maintain detailed safety logs and KPIs, presenting monthly risk-reduction reports to the executive leadership team.
• Utilize safety management software to track trends and implement data-driven corrective actions.

Requirements

Professional Experience

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in occupational health and safety management, preferably in industrial or construction sectors.
• Proven track record of reducing Total Recordable Incident Rates (TRIR) in previous roles.
• Exceptional ability to manage complex projects and lead teams in a 100% remote environment.

Certifications & Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or ASP (Associate Safety Professional) certification is highly preferred.
• Deep familiarity with OSHA 30-hour training and regulatory compliance standards.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in cloud-based safety management systems (SMS) and project management tools like Asana or Monday.com.
• Advanced communication skills for conducting high-stakes meetings via Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
