Salary Range

$95,000 – $135,000 USD per year (Commensurate with experience and expertise).

Key Responsibilities

Policy Development & Implementation

Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety policies and procedures that align with OSHA and other relevant regulatory standards. You will be responsible for keeping these documents updated in response to evolving industry trends and legal requirements.

Virtual Auditing & Risk Assessment

Conduct regular remote audits of safety documentation, incident reports, and training logs. You will utilize digital inspection tools to assess remote work environments and field operations, identifying potential hazards and implementing corrective actions immediately.

Training & Safety Culture Leadership

Develop and facilitate engaging, web-based safety training modules for a diverse, distributed workforce. You will act as a mentor and subject matter expert, fostering a proactive “safety-first” mindset across all departments through virtual town halls and digital workshops.

Incident Investigation & Reporting

Lead the digital investigation process for any reported incidents or near-misses. You will analyze root causes, prepare detailed electronic reports, and present actionable insights to the executive leadership team to prevent recurrence.

Requirements

Professional Experience

A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in occupational health and safety management, preferably in a high-growth or distributed organizational structure.

Education & Certifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field is required. Professional certifications such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or ASP (Associate Safety Professional) are highly preferred.

Technical Proficiency
