About the Role

Bella Trattoria, a celebrated Italian restaurant known for its authentic flavors and vibrant atmosphere, is seeking a results‑driven Restaurant Manager to oversee all facets of its New York location. You will coordinate staffing, inventory, budgeting, and customer satisfaction while collaborating with corporate support teams. Though the position is fully remote, you must be based in the New York metropolitan area and be ready to occasional on‑site visits for training or special events.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations for kitchen and front‑of‑house staff.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures that uphold brand standards.
• Analyze sales data, labor costs, and food costs to optimize profitability.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives and community events in partnership with corporate.

Requirements

We are looking for a professional with at least 5 years of progressive restaurant management experience, including a track record of meeting or exceeding financial targets. Compensation
