What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing P&L statements, labor costs, and food cost controls for 3-5 restaurant locations
• Conducting weekly virtual check-ins with on-site management teams to coach performance and resolve operational challenges
• Implementing standardized operating procedures (SOPs) across all assigned units
• Analyzing sales data, guest feedback, and market trends to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborating with marketing and culinary teams on menu engineering, promotions, and seasonal campaigns

Requirements

Experience & Background

• Minimum 4+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a multi-unit or franchise environment
• Proven track record of improving revenue, controlling costs, and leading high-performing teams
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets of $1M+ annually

Technical & Soft Skills

• Exceptional proficiency with POS systems (Toast, Square, or similar), inventory management software, and Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
