About the Role

Copper Spoon Virtual Kitchens is redefining off-premise dining through a rapidly expanding network of delivery-optimized kitchens operating from coast to coast. As our Remote Restaurant Manager, you will serve as the operational nerve center connecting culinary teams, delivery platform partners, and guest experience metrics—all without leaving your home office. You will own a portfolio of 6 to 8 virtual units, lead shift supervisors through digital channels, and leverage real-time data dashboards to make swift, profitable decisions daily. Your leadership will directly influence same-store sales growth, online review ratings, and labor retention across every location you touch.

Your Core Responsibilities

  • Direct daily operations for multiple virtual kitchen locations through cloud-based POS, inventory, and scheduling systems.
  • Hire, train, and coach hourly leads and kitchen staff using virtual onboarding platforms and weekly video check-ins.
  • Monitor KPIs including ticket times, order accuracy, labor costs, and food cost percentage; adjust workflows to protect margins.
  • Partner with third-party delivery platforms to troubleshoot menu issues, pricing, and promotional strategy.
  • Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards are maintained across all locations through remote audits and documented SOP compliance.
  • Develop weekly labor schedules and approve P&L line items to keep each unit profitable and adequately staffed.

Requirements

The Must-Haves
