About the Role

As a Remote Registered Nurse, you will be the frontline voice of our telehealth platform. You’ll assess, triage, and educate patients via video, phone, and secure messaging, collaborating closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and care coordinators. Your clinical judgment will guide treatment plans, medication reconciliations, and follow‑up care, all while adhering to HIPAA and state nursing regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual assessments, obtain comprehensive health histories, and document findings in the EMR.
• Triage urgent concerns, escalating to on‑call physicians when necessary.
• Develop and communicate individualized care plans, including medication management and patient education.
• Coordinate follow‑up appointments, referrals, and home‑care services.
• Participate in quality‑improvement initiatives and remote case reviews.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of telehealth best practices, clinical guidelines, and state licensure requirements.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted RN license in at least one U.S. state (must be eligible to practice remotely in that state).
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience; acute care, primary care, or ED experience preferred.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (Epic, Cerner, or similar) and telehealth platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex medical information clearly.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download) and a private, HIPAA‑compliant workspace.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) is a plus.
